[anyone who happens upon the castle training grounds today will find prince alfonse, slashing at magicked training dummies with a blade that is considerably lighter than his usual weapon. one strike, two strikes. he attempts a third — but instead of making a clean cut, the edge of his sword strikes the training dummy in the wrong spot, making it wobble slightly. alfonse straightens his posture, reflexively swiping his new sword through the air, and sighs.]
It's no use... the weight of this sword is completely different.
